Barry M Spring 2014 Gelly Swatches and Review

GELLY! The mere word brings joy to my heart. I, along with many others, am a huge fan of Barry M's fabulous Gelly range, and I have the latest offerings to show you today! (I'm sure you've already seen them but pretend you haven't).

I swatched Barry M's original Gelly collection back in September 2012, and I also reviewed the Spring 2013 and Summer 2013 shades, so I now have all 21 colours swatched on my blog! You can also see the evolution of my swatches, which is weird and interesting (to me, at least). Fun fact: the original swatch post remains my most viewed collection post!

For Spring 2014, we have a set of 3 pale pastels. They dry to a lovely shiny finish as you'd expect, and you'll need 2-3 coats due to the nature of the colours. Super nice, non-streaky formula though! They're also glossy enough to not need top coat.

Sugar Apple is a pale mint. I love the name of this one. I used 3 thin coats, no top coat.

Rose Hip is a pale sugary pink. 3 thin coats, no top coat

Huckleberry (or Huckleburry as my bottle says, must be a mistake!) is a pale baby blue. 3 thin coats, no top coat.

Another lovely set of Gellies from Barry M. I'm wondering if we'll see more for Summer!?

My Picks: All of them! Sugar Apple is my favourite, though.

Availability

Available now from Superdrug, Boots and some Tesco stores, priced £3.99 each. Also available online at www.barrym.com
