Nailvengers Assemble - Easter Nail Art

It's the end of the month, and that means it's time for the Nailvengers to assemble (sorry...I've been dying to say that) for another nail art challenge! Our theme this month is simply Easter, and I'm glad it is because I don't think I'm going to get a chance to do any other Easter nail art this month!

Don't forget to check out the nail art from the other girls - Lucy's Stash, One Nail To Rule Them All, and xameliax (The Nailasaurus is taking a break this month!)

Simple nail art is really what I do best, and this is no different. I started by laying down a white base coat, in order to make my gradient stand out more. I used a make-up sponge to apply the vertical gradient, using Models Own Lilac Sheen and Lemon Meringue, then I applied a quick dry top coat to prepare for stamping.

I used an image from MoYou London Pro Plate 03 (XL), which reminds me of the patterns you sometimes see on Easter eggs! I stamped with Konad white polish and finished with another coat of top coat.
