Hi! Today I have a review of the MoYou London XL stamping plates and a cute floral manicure I did with them. Before I'd even opened the plates I was drawn to the thoughtful packaging! How lovely is it!?

Sportsgirl Nail It! Speckled Mint Swatches

I don't often post single swatches any more, but I have some gorgeous polishes lying around that need a place on my blog! This one is Speckled Mint by Sportsgirl, an Australian clothing shop that's apparently kind of like Topshop, and Nail It! is their nail polish range. This was sent to me by lovely Hannah of Polly Polish!

Gunpowder, Treason and Plot...

Happy November the 5th, aka Bonfire Night aka Guy Fawkes Night aka get wet and watch some fireworks night! I think I'll be staying in tonight, the weather looks crap and I'm an old lady who prefers a blanket and a cup of tea ;) I have however done my nails for the occasion!

Green and Purple Nimbus

Today I had a go at the Nimbus technique, as seen on The Nailasaurus. Mine turned out quite differently but that's the beauty of tutorials, you sometimes get many different outcomes! Alex pointed out in the comments that this looks like a Bokeh effect, and I agree!
