Today I'm stepping into holo heaven with another brand debut on the blog - I'm taking a look at some polishes from Australian indie brand, Grace-full polish. I've heard nothing but good things, so my expectations are high; let's see if they're lived up to...
The polishes I'm showing you today aren't from any one collection, they're a selection from the whole Grace-full range. The one thing they have in common is they all have a linear holo finish. The formula is consistent throughout, buttery smooth and light - no dragging or clumping, and most are opaque in 2 coats. They also dry to a glossy finish, with the exception of Rain Upon The Moon which has a slightly grittier finish.
Beginning with the Rainbow Connection store exclusive! Grape Gumdrop is a bright, juicy grape purple linear holo. 2 coats plus top coat

Coral Castle is a peachy coral linear holo with teeny tiny rainbow flakies. Stunning colour, my first peach holo! 2 coats, no top coat

Princess Rose is a soft pink, so-sweet-it'll-give-you-toothache linear holo with rainbow flakies. This one is a little bit more sheer so I added a third coat.

Rain Upon The Moon is a silver tinted base with super holographic glitter. This is seriously dazzling, much more so than my camera captured. It's like my nails were plugged in to a power socket! I used 3 thin coats for full coverage, plus top coat for a glossy finish.

Flawless formulas, and the addition of the tiny flakies really makes these polishes pop just that little bit more. My expectations have been surpassed - Aussie indies just keep on giving!
My picks: Rain Upon The Moon, Coral Castle, Grape Gumdrop

- Available in the UK from Rainbow Connection (Grape Gumdrop is a store exclusive)

ReplyDeleteThey are all very beautiful but I feel like the holos keep repeating over and over and they don't wow me anymore :( They are pretty though and your nails make them look stunning x
ReplyDeleteI have tried to resist getting any of this brand. I already have so many polishes, many from indies that I buy from, and I am really trying to keep the spending down. (hahah) But I keep seeing this brand's polishes and they are just so pretty. Thank you for sharing them and for your beautiful swatches.
ReplyDeleteOooh Grape Gumdrop and Coral Castle are calling my name!
