The Metropolis Collection by Cirque Colors is a series of creme polishes inspired by New York City, with new shades released into the collection each month. After a brief hiatus during July/August, Metropolis is back with 3 stunning shades for September.
It's no secret that I'm a big fan of Cirque's creme polishes so the fact that the Metropolis shades are all cremes is hugely appealing to me. September's shades don't have a typical Autumn feel, yet the cool neutrals seem so perfect for this time of year. The formula across all three shades is perfection, smooth and self-levelling. They dry to a gloss finish so top coat is optional.
Page Six is a dove-grey creme. This is a very pure grey with no underlying blue tones (at least to my eyes) perfect coverage in 2 coats.
Deco is a darker lavender grey creme. Depending on your light source, this can show up more grey or more lavender. 2 coats plus top coat
Jane On Jane St is a rose-mauve creme. 2 coats plus top coat
These shades are classy, sophisticated and compliment each other beautifully. They've got me thinking of warm wooly jumpers and oversized scarves! Let me know your thoughts.
