piCture pOlish have just released a new round of blogger collaboration shades and I have 4 of them to share with you today - Arabian, Bordeaux, Rebelle and New York.
I still get so excited for new blogger collaborations, I know how much of a good feeling it is to be asked and then to watch your shade come to life. We're also starting to see fun little extras now like different fonts (Arabian) and city sky lines (New York, Moscow, Paris) on the bottles, which are nice touches. All of these shades contain the signature piCture pOlish scattered holo, which comes to life in sunlight.
Arabian was created with Dorra aka Didoline. It's a striking red base with scattered holo, plus tiny gold flecks. The formula is as you'd imagine, smooth and opaque. I used 2 coats plus Gloss on Top.
Bordeaux was created with Nil aka Nil Nails. It's a red wine jelly base with scattered holo and pink flecks. I love how rich and deep this shade is, and you could probably get away with 1 coat. I've used 2 for good measure, plus Gloss on Top.
Rebelle was created with Mary Monkett. It's a soft peach base with scattered holo and a little more sheer than the others, but is perfect after 3 thin coats. This is the only PP bottle to feature black font, fitting in with the rebel theme.
New York was created with Sisi aka Color4Nails. It's a dusky rose pink shade with scattered holo. It's not what I envision when I imagine the city itself, but it's a beautiful colour. I used 2 coats plus Gloss on Top.
What do you think of the latest round of collaborations? Do you have a favourite?
