Kinetics Red Carpet and Misty - Swatches

Hello! Today I have a couple of colours to show you from a brand I'd never heard of before, Kinetics. I don't know about you but I'm always excited to try brands I've never tried before, especially affordable brands!

First up is Red Carpet. This is a shimmering cherry red, which is slightly darker in real life (my camera did NOT want to capture this) it also has a slight purple shimmer to it which I love. The formula for this was great, easy to apply and opaque in two coats.

Next is Misty, a pale grey-blue creme. This one is my favourite of the two, I love this kind of colour. Formula was a tad streaky here, so I used three coats and top coat to even it out. It's such a lovely colour though, I'll definitely be wearing this one again.

I think these are pretty nice for an inexpensive brand, and there's a big range of colours available.

You can buy Kinetics polishes from Margarita Belska Nail School for £3.35 each + VAT, and they have kindly provided a code for 5% off a purchase - enter SAVE5AWBL at the checkout. I believe they are also buy 2 get 1 free at the moment!

  4. I've never heard of these before either but it's good to see new brands about. Misty does look like one to be streaky, but I really like red carpet. That ones more my colour.
