Lilypad Lacquer Swatches

Lilypad Lacquer is a brand I've seen popping up on blogs for quite a while now but never had the chance to try myself (there's so many indies I still haven't tried, I'm getting through them slowly but surely!) they have quite the fan base it seems so I'm excited to finally try some out. I have 4 shades from various collections to show you today.

Lilac Lovely is a purple holo with flahes of blue. This is such a pretty colour and the scattering of rainbow holo makes it beautiful. Wonderful smooth formula, I used 2 coats plus top coat

Splash is an intense turquoise with gold shimmer and quite a strong holo effect. Another great formula, I used 2 coats plus top coat

Purple Diamond was a difficult one to capture, in some lights it looks purple, and it some it leans a bit blue; I'd say the first swatch is the more colour accurate one. This is one of those polishes that looks like it glows on your nails, thanks to the slightly colour shifting flakies. I used 3 coats here for full opacity.

Stay Beautiful is a Rainbow Connection anniversary exclusive shade. It was obvious I was going to love this...it looks like it fell out of a princess castle. It has a silvery pink holo base with holo and pink glitter particles. It's just glorious! It's quite sheer but even that couldn't put me off. I used 3 thick coats plus top coat. 

I'm super pleased with these polishes, they're all beautiful colours and great formulas...should I ever expect anything less from an Aussie indie!?
