I have some lovely indies to show you today, courtesy of Polish Alcoholic! Sabrina has sent me 3 polishes to try out - aren't they cute!? It's always exciting to receive indies!
I've seen some seriously nice swatches of Polish Alcoholic polishes floating around the blogosphere but this is the first time I've tried some for myself. They're all handmade by Sabrina in the Netherlands and are all either 3-free or 5-free!
Kiss Me, Berry is a beautiful hot pink with green/blue shimmer and a sprinking of iridescent flakies. The formula is great and perfect in two coats. Shown here is 2 coats plus top coat
Gold Digger is a gold leaf top coat made with real 24k gold. This is actually my first gold leaf top coat! Again the formula is lovely, easily spreadable and there's a generous amount of gold leaf in there. I used 2 coats and a bit of dabbing to make it perfect. I've chosen to show it over Barry M Plum because who doesn't love purple and gold together!?
Furcifer is a multichrome top coat, designed to be worn over a dark base colour. It has a blurple base colour that shifts to blue/red/gold depending on your light source. I used 2 coats over a black creme base, and I've taken a few extra pictures of this one because it seems different in every light! Another great formula here.
In natural sunlight. So pretty!
There are no downsides to these polishes to speak of, they're all beautiful and you can tell they've been made with care. Definitely a new fan here!

You can purchase Polish Alcoholic polishes from their Etsy store in 10ml bottles.
I like Furcifer!
ReplyDeleteI love the warm orange glow Furcifer has. Flawless swatches :)
ReplyDeleteAll those polishes are beautiful! But the last one is perfect :)
ReplyDeleteWow, these are all stunning! Gold digger looks AMAZING over Plum - great new Indie brand to lust over haha!!

ReplyDeleteI like Furcifer only. These 2 first ones don't match my tastes. Polish Alcoholic makes a great job in her blog. Sorry for deleting the previous post but I wrote it only about Furcifer.
ReplyDeleteFurcifer is stunning!
