Dance Legend City Lights Collection Swatches and Review

Happy bank holiday! Today I've got my picks from the Dance Legend City Lights collection to share with you. City Lights consists of six glitter jellies which look wonderful in the bottle, let's see if they translate to the nail!

Highway is a purple jelly base with coppery gold square glitter and a sprinkling of electric blue sparkle. I absolutely love this, it's so pretty! It's not as opaque as I'd have liked though and I needed 3 coats. It also started to get a little gloopy by the 3rd coat. I'd recommend layering it over a purple of a similar colour, it would have been so much easier! This is 3 coats plus top coat

World Up is a red-orange jelly base with orange square glitter. This one is a bit more opaque and only needed 2 coats, again the formula is a bit thick but smooths out nicely with top coat. This is 2 coats plus top coat

The formula could perhaps be a little better here, I can forgive Highway though because it's just so pretty! Although I had to apply multiple coats, the depth of the square glitter looks lovely. What do you think of these polishes?
