Lime green and black is definitely not a combination for everyone, especially in ruffian form! Personally though it's one of my favourites. Ruffian nail art is like a reverse french, and you can do it freehand or by using tape. I did mine freehand with a nail art brush and went for a smaller ruffian than usual.
I used Models Own Lime Green and Black Magic. Is this something you would wear
I would, for sure! It looks amazing! Even though I am not a fan of ruffians, you take with a smaller line makes it much more appealing to me :)
ReplyDeleteThat looks lovely, I much prefer the thinner line than the thick ones you see more often.
ReplyDeleteI adore this combo! The thin black line looks really delicate, and looks fab against the lime green :-D
ReplyDeleteI really like this look! And the colors go so well together.
ReplyDeleteI do not like ruffians.. but I love this colour combination! I agree with the others--the thinner line works better.
ReplyDeletePreeety. I am in love with this design simple yet chic!!
ReplyDeleteOh I love this combo! I usually put a lighter base under a dark color, but this is perfection! <3
ReplyDeletei LOVE it! your ruffian is perfect.
ReplyDeleteLove it! I would definitely wear this :)
ReplyDeleteI definitely need a tutorial on this ruffian... I think I don't know how to do it... :-(
