The B Squared Lacquer EDM collection had me in the mood for some nail art, and rather annoyingly when I'd finished I realised I did a similar gradient not too long ago...guess I really love citrus neons don't I?! I'm still sharing regardless because I really like it!

Nailvengers Assemble!: Christmas
Hi! It's the end of the month, which means it's nearly time for December already (I swear it was only Christmas 10 minutes ago, and no, of course I haven't started my Christmas shopping!) and also time for another Nailvengers challenge with my friends Sammy, Alice and Lucie. I've gone for something simple and sparkly!

Nailvengers Assemble: Summer Treats
The theme for this month's Nailvengers challenge is "Summer Treats", so I've gone for a tropical cocktail inspired look!

Spring Surprise
I really don't own many indie polishes at all, which might come as a surprise. I have to really love them to buy them and that doesn't happen all too often! I was looking for a nice glitter to apply over this manicure and decided on Candy Lacquer Sugar Skulls...one of my favourite indies ever!

Delicate Snow
I'm happy to be able to say I am done with Christmas shopping and wrapping. Most people could probably say that weeks ago, but this is early for me! All that's left to do now is eat all the Christmas food and be fat!

Golden Snowflakes
And so to my first Christmas manicure of this year! I've waited until December as it would have felt wrong before. Kind of like Christmas songs in November...not right!!

piCture pOlish Majesty by Sahrish Adeel - Swatches and Stamping
This is the penultimate post in my piCture pOlish swatch series :( sad it's nearly over! Today I've got Majesty, a collaboration shade with blogger Sahrish Adeel. Majesty is a champagne coloured shimmer with lots of scattered holo particles which flash gold and even a bit of green (which is unfortunately not evident in my pictures)
I added some nail art, I tried to go with elegant because this polish definitely is...this is a design from Bundle Monster plate 209, stamped with Konad white.
Detailed swatches ahead

piCture pOlish Paradise by Liquid Jelly - Swatches and Stamping
The next in my piCture pOlish swatch series is Paradise, a collaboration shade with blogger Liquid Jelly. I was really excited when I got this! It looks so beautiful in the bottle and it translates well to the nails.
How to describe Paradise!? I have no idea really, there's a lot going on! It's sort of a textured blue/green jelly base with purple shimmer/glitter, along with larger pieces of pink glitter. It's really striking actually!
More pictures and stamping ahead

Dainty Floral
I've been staring at Essie Mojito Madness for ages thinking that it'd look nice with something stamped in white. I finally got round to doing it, and chose this dainty little floral print from Bundle Monster 315.

Feeling Grey.
I'm really getting back into my stamping plates lately. Whether it'll last remains to be seen! I have a love/hate relationship with stamping. I love how it looks and how you can achieve perfect patterns that you couldn't do freehand, but getting the stamp to cover my nails is always a problem. They JUST about fit lengthways if I position them perfectly! I often have to scrub off and start again. It's always a relief when I only have my little finger to go, it's so easy to stamp on that one!!
Here I've started with a base of Barry M Grey, and created a gradient using China Glaze Icicle and a make-up sponge. I used Konad White and Bundle Monster plate 322 for the stamp.

Easter Gradient
Happy Easter! I hope everybody is gorging themselves on chocolate! I cooked a roast dinner today for my family (Well, my Mum did the meat because AS IF I can cook meat properly) and tomorrow I'm going to demolish my chocolate while sat in front of the television and not feel at all guilty about it.
Here are my Easter weekend nails! I decided on a gradient using mixed pastels, with an Easter Egg style pattern stamped over the top. The colours I used are Beth's Blue, Jade Stone, Pastel Pink and Lemon Meringue, all from Model's Own. The stamping plate is Bundle Monster 315.
Taking a picture like that last one is hard with one hand! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Vintage Floral
I dusted off my stamping plates for the first time in a while! I love stamping, but my nails are so big it can be such a pain getting the stamp to cover the whole thing!
I started with a base of OPI Samoan Sand, and I stamped with Konad White and a floral design from Bundle Monster plate 321. I added a Northern Lights Holo top coat, which isn't very visible in my pictures unfortunately.

Lightning Glitter
Hi! I did not even realise I'd reached 700 followers, I'm awful. Planning a giveaway that should be up soon. Only a small one but y'know, I can only dream of sponsored giveaways!
I'd been meaning to use BM-305 for a while because it has that lovely lightning bolt stamp. I had trouble getting it to stamp crisply though, it was intent on defying me. Pesky stamp. I've said stamp a lot.
Base colour is Barry M Gelly in Blackberry. I did a glitter fade using Barry M Silver Multi-Glitter, which is one of my favourite glitters, it's so pretty. I used Barry M Silver Foil Effects for the stamp. As usual it's a Barry M fest on my blog!
Kind of unsatisfied with this, gonna need to try that stamp again!

Pink Gradient With a Twist
Hello! I've busted out the pink again today...I just can't help myself. I'm quite girly really.
Base colour is Rimmel Strawberry Fizz, then I sponged on some Color Club Wing Fling to make the gradient. My ring finger is Color Club Wing Fling, stamped with Konad special polish black and a design from Bundle Monster plate 201.
Mind that gap on my index finger eh.
P.s. There's still time to enter my giveaway :)
P.p.s. I NEED A LIGHTBOX.

Pink Roses
Hi! I'm feeling kind of overwhelmed by how many people have entered my giveaway...I feel bad there's only one prize! There were more entries for this one in 1 day than in the whole 7 days last time. Lawd. Make sure you enter though if you haven't already!
Today I've got some more stamping from the 2012 Bundle Monster plates. I used Essie Blanc as a base, and for stamping I used ManGlaze Lesbihonest (one of my favourite polishes ever!) and a rose design from BM-323.
I love the rose design! And ManGlaze is so good for stamping. Do you have any favourite designs from the new BM plates?

I heart Jade
Hi! Today's post can be filed under "almost fail" because the stamping didn't work out too well. Stamping is difficult with such stupidly long nail beds, if you don't line it up JUST right, the design won't cover my nail (it's a particular pain with my ring finger) and my nails are insanely curved. Plus I'm just not great at stamping anyway! It's still pretty though, especially if you don't look too closely!
I used Models Own Jade Stone and Snow White for the bases, Konad Special Polish white to stamp over Jade Stone, and Jade Stone to stamp over Snow White. However, JS doesn't make a good stamping polish! Nevermind.
The heart design is from BM plate 317.
It still got a compliment when I was buying polishes in TK Maxx!

Silver Swirls
My stamping plates have been feeling neglected. That's the only reason I can come up with for why they fell out of a box and landed on my head. Okay plates, have it your way.
This is China Glaze - Custom Kicks (LOVE this colour/formula. Such a dream. DOES NOT show true colour on camera though. Take a look at all the variations on Google image search!)
Using a design from Bundle Monster plate 201, I stamped with Barry M - Silver Foil Effects. The turquoise and silver look so pretty together!
Bonus pic - CAKES! I made these for my Mum, as today is Mother's Day in the UK :)
