Barry M Gelly Nail Paint Summer 2013 Collection - Swatches and Review

Hi! Today I've got swatches of all 5 of the summer Gelly Nail Paints from Barry M. Step inside the jump to see...it's picture heavy!

I have a love affair with Barry M Gellies which has been documented here and here. They never dissapoint and this latest installment is no different! We have 5 brand new shades for summer and they're completely delicious and as glossy as ever.

Key Lime is a tropical lime green. I used 2 coats for full coverage. Whether you want to use top coat with these is really up to you, it makes no difference to the look as they're so glossy anyway.

Guava is a bright teal (Barry M described it on their press release as Teal, but I think it looks more Turquoise?) and my favourite of the 5! It's such a gorgeous bright summer colour, I think this will be making many appearances on my nails in the coming months! I used 2 coats

Passion Fruit is somewhere between red and pink. Pinky red. Reddy pink. It's beautifully bright and leans away from red just enough for me to really like it (I'm not a fan of red nail polish!) 2 coats here

Blue Grape is a stunning cobalt blue and appears a tiny bit darker in real life than in my swatches. This one is a little bit sheer compared to the others and I wasn't happy with 2 coats, so I added a third.

Mango is a bright juicy clementine colour and my second favourite! This is the brightest of the bunch and really makes me want a Calippo! 2 coats here.

Lastly, I made a little colour chart. There's not much reason for it, I just wanted to! Maybe save to your phone for reference when shopping for these?

I really cannot fault anything about these polishes, the formula is great and application is easy. The hi-shine, gelly finish is evident in all of my pictures and the colours are highly pigmented and gorgeous. After the Sequin polishes being dissapointing, these more than make up for it!

I was thinking earlier about what colour Gellies I'd like to see in the future and yellow sprung to mind. Are there any particular colours you'd like to see in future releases? What colours from this collection will you be picking up?
