Hi! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! Did anybody get polish? I never get any for Christmas, I think people are scared of buying me any because chances are I already have it!
Today I've got three more piCture pOlish blogger collaboration shades to show you - Cyan, LakoDom and Minty; and I'm also trying out piCture pOlish's new top coat, Gloss on Top.
Cyan was created with Marta aka Chit Chat Nails. It's a beautiful bright turquoise/blue base (just my sort of colour!) with silver scattered holo particles, and a buttery smooth formula. I've used 2 coats plus Gloss on Top. As I read on Marta's blog, you can layer this over a white base to make it even brighter if you wish!

LakoDom was created with Polina aka LakoDom. It's a pale grey base with scattered holo particles and it's so delicately pretty! Again the formula is very smooth and easy to apply. I used 4 thin coats to fully cover my nail line, plus Gloss on Top.
Minty was created with Nathalie aka La Paillette Frondeuse. It's pastel minty green base with pink and white matte hex glitters, plus a little sprinkling of scattered holo. Extremely cute! The formula was a bit more tricky to get even here, but after 3 thin coats and Gloss on Top it looked perfect.

Gloss on Top! is a new top coat from piCture pOlish. I've used it in each of my swatches here and I found it definitely does increase shine! It was very good at smoothing out Minty and left a nice gel-like look. It doesn't dry particularly fast, I'd say faster than my regular OPI/Rimmel top coats, but it's not Seche Vite speed. The gorgeous shine it gives can't be faulted - I think this will be wonderful for taming glitter!

Ahhh LakoDom is so my style! Love it.
ReplyDeleteSame! I love light grey shades
DeleteThese are all gorgeous; I love the flecks in Cyan and Lakodom and Minty is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteI can't get enough of PP's signature flecks!
DeleteMinty is soooo beautiful! I think it's a great winter to spring transition shade, as pastels and mint colours always crop up in spring but the red and white hexes makes it Christmassy and wintery
ReplyDeleteI love the look of the Minty polish! :D I really want to try and find Aurora as it's such a gorgeous shade. :)
