Waves and Studs

Something bright and cheerful today in an attempt to cheer myself up! Also quite a bit different to my usual style, I mostly go for understated but this definitely is not!

I started with a base of OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls. I used Barry M Grapefruit and Guava to stamp a wave design from MoYou Sailor collection XL plate 05.

I haphazardly stuck on the studs using my wax pen. If you don't have a wax pen, you need one. It's a godsend! The studs are this set from Born Pretty Store. They're so colourful and cute, and really easy to apply - just apply a top coat (preferably a slow drying one, so it doesn't dry before you're finished) to your nail and stick them to it!

Don't forget you can use my code, LGL91, for 10% off at Born Pretty Store.

  7. That is lovely - stamping such regular patterns is my achilles' heel, and it's great to see it done so well.
