18 Halloween Nail Art Ideas

Easy Halloween Nail Art

As I haven't had a lot of time for individual Halloween nail art looks this year, I've decided to pool all my ideas together on a colour wheel, which actually works out quite well because you get to see 18 ideas all at once! Read on to see the colours I used plus a brief how-to on each design.

Nailvengers Assemble: Halloween

Nailvengers Assemble Halloween Nail Art

Happy Halloween!! I've already broken into the sweets meant for the trick or treaters (aren't fizzers just the best sweets ever?) Anyway, I'm back with the Nailvengers this month for a Halloween theme! I've gone for a less traditional sort of Halloween design, no ghosts or pumpkins in sight, and I love how it turned out.

Perilous Pumpkin

I love pumpkins. I'd have a house full of them all year round if it was up to me! I seem to be in good company because my neighbours appear to have gone all out this year, I've seen one family with 7 pumpkins in their garden!

Frankenlove

Happy Halloween! Hope you all have a great time doing whatever you're doing tonight. Is it me or has everyone gone a bit more nuts for Halloween this year? Everywhere I look, houses are decorated to the extreme...it wasn't like this last year! It's making me curse the fact I'm too old to get away with trick-or-treating!

Here we have a Halloween staple, the lovely Mr. Frankenstein's Monster and his beautiful bride. She's slightly bewildered at having no mouth, but how can you have room for your mouth when your hair's that big?

You can probably tell, I was a little rushed doing this. Isn't my stubby little fingernail awesome?

Base colour is an unlabelled polish, possibly Beauty UK. I painted on all the details with Barry M black and a small nail brush.

Here are the pumpkins I carved this year (I also roasted the seeds and they were delicious!)

Have a good night!! I'm off to see Ed Sheeran tomorrow, I could not be more excited!

Hallobeams

October is my favourite month of the year. I absolutely love Halloween! And bonfire night too. Everything always feels nice and cosy in October. I can't wait to buy a toffee apple (or 5) and carve pumpkins!

And so to the first Halloween themed mani (I hate the word mani, I wish I could stop using it)!

I have coined this one Hallobeams. Halloween...laser beams...geddit!?

I used two coats of Color Club Sparkle and Soar, which is a gorgeous orange glassfleck and one of my favourites. I then stuck on some striping tape before applying a coat of Models Own Black Swirl, then peeling off the tape. Voila! Hallobeams!

My little finger nail snapped off after this. I've been back for a day!! Will nobody have mercy!

Halloween Blood Spatter Nails

Here's the first of my Halloween manis (maybe the last depending on how much time I get!) I've seen this mani on plenty of people before, but I just had to try it myself. I usually wouldn't leave the polish pooled in my cuticles but I think it adds to the effect here!

I used Snow White and Red Alert by Models Own, and of course, a trusty straw!

I know Halloween isn't 'til Monday but I think most people are having parties etc. this weekend, so have fun! :)
